Shifts in the Water and Alcohol Solution Intake by Rats under Conditions of Schedule Induction

SUMMARY. Choice between a 5% alcohol solution and water by rats was labile when both were drunk to excess under conditions of schedule induction. Selection of the two fluids could be stabilized by sweetening the alcohol solution with saccharin.
