Attitudes of Paraprofessionals Toward Alcoholism; Setting Effects

SUMMARY. Paraprofessionals working in a residential alcoholism treatment program had significantly more “custodial” attitudes and attitudes of “humanism” toward alcoholics and beliefs concerning a psychological etiology of alcoholism than did paraprofessionals at a sobering-up station.
