Alcohol Use Among Right- and Left-Handed Persons in a Small Community

SUMMARY. Left-handed men under age 40 were heavier consumers of alcohol than right-handed men (nonsignificant difference). Differences by handedness are not as great in women; however, a greater proportion of right-handed women abstain.
